Living through History: COVID-19 Time Capsule

0

This has been a trying time for all of us, and I can only imagine for those moms who have children old enough to question what is happening but still not fully understand. For the kids, this must be especially difficult and different.

A fellow mom, Natalie Long of LONG Creations, came up with a clever and creative way for children to express what they are thinking and feeling during this challenging time through her Covid-19 Time Capsule printable.

It is an 11 page PDF with that includes:

  • Page To Draw Family Picture
  • All About Me
  • How I’m Feeling
  • My Community
  • What I Am Doing At Home
  • Handprint Page
  • Special Occasion Page
  • Letter To Myself Sheet
  • Interview For The Parents
  • Letter From The Parent

“We are all living through history and something I have said I wanted to do from the beginning is make a keepsake of this moment for us to look back on. I have saved newspapers, art work done by my kids, taken photos of all our days and kept a diary. BUT I have also been working on a “time capsule” work sheet for my daughter, son and I to fill out. This will be available as a FREE resource for any of my fans.” – Natalie Long

Download the Covid-19 time capsule for your children and get them started on remembering this moment in history. Share with us any ideas you have to include with your children’s time capsule worksheets.

This is something Natalie created as a GIFT for fellow families with children living through this difficult time. Truly a great example of supporting one another and showing we are all in this together. She has asked that anyone who was interested in paying for these graphic designs instead donate to their favorite charity.
